How can I get backstage passes to a show?
Quicken Loans Arena does not issue backstage passes.

Does my child need a ticket?
Children under the age of two do not require a ticket for a Quicken Loans Arena event. However, they cannot occupy a seat, they must remain on a ticket holder's lap.

Can I bring food into Quicken Loans Arena?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in Quicken Loans Arena. However, Quicken Loans Arena concession stands offer a variety of foods, including kosher food. There are two on-site restaurants, Quaker Steak & Lube and Bridges at The Q. People with medical dietary needs should contact Event Information at (216) 420-2200.
