We hope you’re getting excited for Taylor Swift and special guest Ed Sheeran when they come to The Q this Thursday, April 25th for The RED Tour! To make sure that you have a great time, please read the important information below:
TRAFFIC ADVISORY!
Due to a resurfacing project taking place on Ontario Street in downtown Cleveland, there may be delays getting to The Q for the Taylor Swift concert at 7:00 p.m. Although traffic flow will be maintained, expect slow going because of lane closures for those traveling both north and south on Ontario. It is strongly advised to allow additional time to get to the show. Be patient and riding the RTA or carpooling is encouraged!
DOORS:
Doors for the show will open at approximately 5:30 p.m. The RED Tour will kick off promptly at 7:00 p.m. with opening act Brett Eldredge, so don’t be late!
SIGN POLICY:
Signs and posters will not be permitted for guests with floor seats. Guests who are seated in the bowl and suites will be permitted to have posters, but are asked to consider the view of guests around them.

CAMERA POLICY:
Cameras will be inspected at designated turnstiles and must be 35mm or less, disposable or digital with a lens no more than 6 inches in length and 4 inches in width (anything greater than this is considered professional equipment and is not permitted inside The Q)
ARENA POLICIES:
- No video recorders, audio recorders or other similar electronic devices
- No signs, posters or messages on any garment with explicit language, profanity or derogatory characterization directed toward any person. Determination of appropriate messaging is at sole discretion of The Q
- No laser pointers or whistles
- No backpacks, large bags, or sealed packages of any kind
- No bottles, cans or coolers
- No outside food or beverages. Exceptions are made for medical reasons, baby food and reasonable children’s snacks (crackers, raisins, juice boxes, etc.)
- In accordance with the Ohio’s “concealed carry” law and the right for private entities to ban handguns on their premises, firearms and other weapons of any kind are strictly forbidden on the premises of Quicken Loans Arena.
