Chef Jonathon Sawyer Adds New Twist to Culinary Offerings at The Q with Opening of See Saw Pretzel Shoppe
Food Lineup Continues to Expand as Sawyer Joins Quicken Loans Arena’s Celebrity Chef Trio
CLEVELAND, OH - Drawing inspiration from Old World Bavarian-style recipes, noted chef and restaurateur, Jonathon Sawyer, will open See Saw Pretzel Shoppe, at Quicken Loans Arena on November 27th. Teaming up with the Cleveland Cavaliers and ARAMARK, The Q’s exclusive food and beverage partner, Chef Sawyer’s new concept will feature classic soft Bavarian-style pretzels accompanied by various unique dipping sauces and “schmears.”
“As a die-hard Cleveland sports fan, I’m excited to bring See Saw Pretzel Shoppe to fans at The Q,” said Chef Sawyer. “We’re offering a variety of Bretzels, sweet & savory, with classics like the Bavarian Lye dipped with Hot Hot Hot mustard and new originals like the Roasted Garlic & Parmesan with Pimento Cheese.”

Bretzels
- Roasted Garlic and Parmesan pretzel with Pimento Cheese
- Traditional Bavarian Lye dipped pretzel served with Hot Hot Hot mustard
- Everything Bagel pretzel served with a Veggie Cream Cheese schmear
Hearty Offerings
- Cheese and Pepperoni pretzel roll served with Spicy Marinara
- Organic Hot Dog roll up served with Sir Kensington’s Fancy ketchup
- German style Sausage with sauerkraut, Hot Hot Hot mustard and a soft roll

Since 2004, Sawyer has championed a commitment to fresh, local, and sustainable cuisine, transforming Cleveland’s Gateway District into a culinary destination, with the introduction of The Greenhouse Tavern, Noodlecat, and Sawyer’s Street Frites.
Food & Wine Magazine’s Best New chef/restaurateur, Sawyer joins Cleveland natives, chef Michael Symon and chef Rocco Whalen, in bringing his signature cuisine to his own branded location at The Q. Symon’s two locations, B Spot and Bar Symon, opened in 2009, and Whalen’s Rocco’s at The Q opened in 2012.
