Food and Beverage
As the exclusive caterer for Quicken Loans Arena, ARAMARK is committed to the highest standard of quality and service. The menu offers a comprehensive selection of innovative culinary creations from which to choose. All food is prepared and delivered fresh to your Suite from our Quicken Loans Arena kitchen. Our Suite Catering department will help with special menu planning for special occasions. We will also assist with personalized dining requirements such as dietary or religious needs.

Executive Suite Features

There are 88 Suites in Quicken Loans Arena. Twenty-eight Suites are located only 15 rows from the arena floor and 60 Suites are located 30 rows from the floor. All 88 Suites are fully furnished and include:

Cherry wood storage cabinets including lockable cabinets for liquor, mixers, etc.
Refreshment center with wet bar, refrigerator and ice maker
Three color televisions offering closed circuit ArenaVision feed, cable access and Guest Services channel
Spacious coat closet
Designer interior, fully furnished lounge with couch or chairs, coffee and buffet tables, mirrored wall and carpeting
Telephone, with internal and external access, as well as an additional phone jack and modem
Individual Suite thermostat for comfort climate control
Private, wheelchair accessible restroom with vanity and mirror
Retractable glass panels and glass door to seating area
Plush arena seats with drink rail
Conversation-friendly food and beverage bar with four bar stools overlooking the arena bowl
A removable arena seat for wheelchair access

Suite FAQs

Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about Quicken Loans Arena Suites:

The maximum capacity of a Suite is 20 people. Each guest must possess either a Suite ticket (maximum of 12), Standing Room ticket (maximum of 6) or an Arena event ticket accompanied by a Guest Pass (maximum of 2).
Suite doors open 2 ½ hours prior to each event except in the case of multiple performance days (circus, ice shows) where doors will open 1 hour prior to the event. Sound checks for concerts may also delay entrance to Suites. For all other attendees at the Arena, doors open 1 ½ hours prior to each event.
Suiteholders will be notified of all confirmed events prior to the public on-sale date. This will allow for priority ordering of additional tickets before the actual on-sale date.
Suiteholders have exclusive access to all Quicken Loans Arena meeting rooms and banquet space. Suiteholders do not pay a rental fee for function space.
Included in the Suite License fee, Suiteholders receive 12 tickets and three (3) parking passes for all Cavaliers games along with all Quicken Loans Arena events. No additional cost is incurred for this ticketing.
