Suiteholder Priority Tickets
Each Suiteholder at Quicken Loans Arena has the option to purchase Priority tickets (based on availability) for each event for which they are offered. Priority tickets are the best available seats in the Club Seat sections. When each Quicken Loans Arena event is announced, the Suite Administrator will receive a link through which they may order Priority tickets.
Priority tickets are non-refundable, and may only be ordered by the Suite Administrator, Suite Principal, or an authorized designee. All orders must be submitted by the deadline on the event announcement, otherwise they will not be fulfilled.
All Priority tickets will be delivered via Flash Seats.
If ordering Priority tickets on behalf of a guest, please be sure to include the email address to which their tickets should be sent. If ordering online, you may simply forward the email announcement to the person who wishes to order the tickets.
Please keep in mind that there is a strict ticket limit imposed for each event, and by forwarding any event announcements, you are exposing your ticket allotment and password. Please be sure to only forward event announcements and passwords on to a trustworthy source.
- Suite Administrator receives “The Q – Suiteholder Event Announcement” email.
- Two ways to order:
- Order Online!
- Simply click the link in the email, and order your tickets INSTANTLY!
- Use the passcode provided in the email to order tickets from your allotment.
This method also allows you to choose your own location, provides an instant receipt, and the tickets are instantly delivered to your Flash Seats account.
- Order the “Old Fashioned” Way.
- Click on the FAX Order Form link in the email.
- Print and fill out the order form.
- Fax the completed Order Form to (216) 420-2121, and await a confirmation phone call from the Suite Services Team, or Email the Order Form to firstname.lastname@example.org, and await a confirmation email.
- Tickets will be delivered via Flash Seats within 1-2 weeks of the order.
- Receipts will be emailed within 1-2 weeks of the order.
Using this method, the Suite Services Team will determine your seat location. Online orders (above) will have first priority for location, followed by email orders, then fax orders.
